Incredible statement Thunder Bay Amethyst

Incredible statement specimen of hematite-included amethyst from the Moonlight Mine, Thunder Bay Mining District, Ontario, Canada.

Stunning points of deep red (hematite) and purple (amethyst) with an incredible luster.

Overall in incredible condition. There are a few broken points but these are minor and do not detract from her beauty.

Self-standing but I used a small wedge to adjust the angle. 

She measures just over 8” long and about 5” tall.
